Which sports is OSS Time for?
For martial arts clubs — judo, BJJ, karate, boxing, taekwondo and more. You set up the belt system and programs to match your association.
How much does OSS Time cost?
The first month is free, with no credit card required. After that it's CZK 1,490 per month or CZK 14,900 per year (two months free). Every plan includes all features and unlimited members, and you can cancel anytime.
How do I start? Do I need to install anything?
Nothing to install — OSS Time runs in the browser and on mobile. Register your club (it takes 2 minutes) and we'll onboard you for free, online or in person, including importing members from Excel.
Does it work on both mobile and desktop?
Yes — on the web, iOS and Android. Coaches handle attendance from a phone in the gym, while management gets reports and stats on a computer.
How does attendance work?
Scan the barcode on the member card and attendance is recorded automatically. The coach instantly sees the member's name and payment status — no paper, no rewriting.
Can OSS Time handle multiple clubs or locations?
Yes. One account manages up to 5 of your own clubs, plus a coach role in others, switching between them in a single click.
What about member payments?
You can see at a glance who has paid, whose membership is running out and who is overdue. Send payment confirmations by e-mail, reminders with a QR code, and export payments to accounting (Pohoda).
Is our data safe?
Yes. Data runs in Google Firebase on servers in the EU (Frankfurt) and is processed in line with GDPR. The service is operated by DataOps, s.r.o.; the full privacy policy is linked in the website footer.
